41) Bronze Tibetan Lama
The Dali Lama is a prominent spiritual leader in Tibetan Buddhism.  He was formally enthroned at the age of 15 in 1950.  He fled to India in 1959 following a failed uprising and the collapse of the Tibetan resistance movement.  Recently, on January 3, 2023 he presided over the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Dalai Lama Centre for Tibetan and Indian Ancient Wisdom in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India.  This Tibetan Lama represents the vision of creating a more peaceful and compassionate world.
